Bring your A-game or what we like to call the FIZZ to this high intensity group session. You’ll be training with a group of up to 20 people under the close supervision of a personal trainer who will motivate you to keep the FIZZ going. The FIZZ sessions combine strength and mobility exercises with high intensity interval training to maximise your workout. We strongly believe in our motto to first move well, then move often so technique is always our top priority.
Don’t worry about your level of experience, each session can be scaled up or down to suit your individual needs while enjoying the benefits of training in a fun group.

DATA DRIVEN

We know data helps us make better decisions. Our body scan will give you a baseline to keep you moving forward. We have a Testing Day (body scan, max lifts, conditioning and mobility testing) once a month to work out your new baseline. This gives you the opportunity to look back at your progress and reset your goals for the future.
