Exercise, nutrition, sleep and recovery all play a part in achieving your health and fitness goals. At PURE Movement we take all these components and create a bespoke plan that will work for you. Each session will be 30 mins or 1 hour where we work one-on-one with you to set realistic and achievable goals.

We know data helps us make better decisions. Our body scan will give you a baseline to keep you moving forward. We have a Testing Day (body scan, max lifts, conditioning and mobility testing) once a month to work out your new baseline. This gives you the opportunity to look back at your progress and reset your goals for the future.
