Is it actually personal training?
Yes. A qualified coach builds your plan and is on the floor every session to set you up, fix your technique and progress you. The one difference is you’re not tied to one fixed slot each week. You train when it suits, and the coaching comes to you.
How long do I commit for?
We set your block to whatever you’re training for. A wedding in six months, a tramping trip in eight weeks. It fits your goal, not a forced 12-month deal.
